YR 7-8 SPIRIT OF THE GAMES

Putting the spirit back into P.E & Sport

Yesterday we welcomed over 400 students for our YR7-8 Spirit of the Games Event @ueasportspark

The girls & boys were from 10 high schools, who had lots of fun and trying to achieve their personal best by competing in tournaments for Quadkids Athletics, Tennis, Volleyball and Handball and participating in non-competitive golf and dodgeball activities.

A huge well done to all the children who participated showing great attitudes and our 6 schools games values for this event. A massive thanks to Putter Fingers for delivering golf, Karen from National Tennis Association and all our brilliant sports leaders/teachers from our schools who supported the event, delivered and officiated the other 4 events as well as encouraged the children throughout!
